Ingredients – For Smoothie
1 banana (semi-ripe, save a small portion of banana for garnish)
1 cup cherries (frozen)
4 medium strawberries (frozen)
½ cup pineapple pieces (frozen)
1 tbsp. hemp seeds (shelled & raw)
¼ cup coconut water or liquid of your choice.
Ingredients – For Smoothie Garnish
1-2 tsp. hemp seeds (shelled & raw)
1-2 tsp. chia seeds (raw)
¼ cup almonds (raw)
¼ cup pecan pieces (raw)
¼ of banana used for smoothie
5 dried cherries
1 Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and mix (banana first, liquid last). Depending on your blender, you may have to break apart some of the ingredients into small chunks and stir with a spoon mid-mix.
2 Pour smoothie into your favorite bowl.
3 Unleash your inner artist and adorn the top layer with all the garnish ingredients. Or just dump it all on if you’re too hungry to food-decorate.
