Date and Nut Bites Recipe (Only 3 Ingredients!)

A super-easy-to-make, 100% guilt-free treat full of fiber and vital nutrients. Best of all? There’s absolutely NO processed sugar, gluten, or preservatives involved! The naturally-intense sweet taste of dates and the tart zing of dried cherries make these bite-sized morsels the perfect dessert, snack, or even breakfast food! 100% vegan and paleo.

    10 medjool dates (pitted)
    12 walnuts (raw)
    12 dried cherries (unsweetened & unsulphured)


 1  Cut up the dates & walnuts into little pieces.

 2  Firmly mold into small balls.

 3  Stick a dried cherry on top of each ball. Stick some walnut pieces on top, too.

 4  Place in refrigerator for an hour.

 5  Enjoy and try not to eat too many in one sitting! It’s not like that would be a bad thing, though… 😉
