2 bars of dark chocolate
A dozen chopped dried cherries (unsweetened, unsulphured, & chopped)
4 cups organic rice cereal
A dozen almonds (raw & chopped)
1 Melt chocolate in saucepan on medium heat.
2 Once chocolate has a velvety consistency throughout, add chopped cherries & almonds and rice cereal.
3 Mix well.
4 Scoop out with spoon and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
5 Place in fridge for an hour or two.
